Description:Answer incoming calls from various clients related to healthcare benefits, life benefits, disability plans and other human resource related services
Process transactions and resolve issues
Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed
Assembly and distribution of notices and enrollment kits
Other projects assigned as needed
Assist with company projects and administrative tasks
Once proficient, may be able to work from home
Qualifications:Spanish speaking skills preferred
Customer Service experience required
Excellent verbal communication skills
Interact and work cooperatively with others
Work well in fast paced environment
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Display a positive attitude towards customers and express empathy
Previous benefits and/or HR experience is a plus but not required
Strong computer skills, comfortable working with several open windows
A confident, positive attitude

BA or BS preferred but not required
